The Research On Rights And Interests Security Of Migrant Workers

Since the reform and opening, as the process of gradually deepen of Chinese economic system reform and the accelerated transformation of the social structure, more and more margin labor force in countryside have been transferring to city or cottage industry. During this process, a special social colony has come into being—"peasant-workers", over a hundred million peasants left their land to live in the city, China's migrant workers groups have increasingly become a more and more force in the labor market, playing important roles in industrialization, urbanization and modernization. However, not in a way suited to this, peasant-workers have not been taken on by citizens and their rights are always aggrieved. They can't melt into the urban life and become" the marginalized". So studying on the absent rights of peasant-workers and its protection without fail to solve "Three problems for farmers" and alleviate social problems and advance social stabilization and harmonize the city and countryside and build a harmonious socialist society.In recent years, although the research on rights and interests security of migrant workers receives the society to take highly in particular with the widespread attention, the comprehensive and systematic research on rights and interests security system of migrant workers is not still perfect. On the one hand, it provides greater space and room for the relevant research.On the other hand, it also brings difficulties and severe challenges. This paper lays emphasis on analyzing and estimating human rights and social security rights of migrant workers. Meanwhile, it should try to integrate theory with practice and completely make an objective analysis and evaluation of human rights and social security rights of migrant workers and proposes concrete security countermeasure on the rights and interests of migrant workers. I hope that it should play an active role in solving rights and interests security of migrant workers.
