Under the protection of women's right in a variety of legal norms and regulation,that the serious gender discrimination action would be existed still at job market in china.The problem of how to eliminate gender discrimination in employment is worth to think,because it will impede harmonious development of society.This paper focuses on the problem of how to eliminate gender discrimination in employment for the public policy.First of all,the public policy to eliminate gender discrimination in employment would be reviewed.Then the actual situation of gender diserimination in employment would be analyzed through all kind of the status of discrimination against women.Therefore,the reason of the gender discrimination hard to eliminate would be revealed.Further to analyze the effectiveness and shortcomings at the public policy of eliminate gender discrimination in employment,lack of the actual operability would be a focus analysis.At last,to proposed the better measures to eliminate gender discrimination in employment base on the specific conditions of our country through the introduction for the public policy to eliminate gender discriminate at employment of the foreign country and Hong Kong,Tai Wan.The paper concentrated on the reason of the existence of gender discrimination in employment is the lack of practical interoperability of public policy through the analysis of the existing policies,and then the feasibility of proposed solutions.
