Training need analysis is the fisrt step to implement a training project.The accurate effective demand analysis is the key to training of public organizations.In this study,I collect indicators and data through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires.Using SPSS software analysis data,I make research to the individual training demand characteristic of grass-roots civil servants in Guangdong Province,Then draw the following several conclusions:1.the grass-roots level civil servants is high to their own quality appraisal,and they can be competent the routine work.However,their training needs are more intense than ever,and the motivation of training transforming by the adapation work into self-promotion.2.Empirical study shows that training demand of grass-roots civil servants constitutes five dimensions.If we do not consider demographic variables and organizational factors such as background variables,the training needs of the five dimensions from high to low are:Capacity needs,skills needs,the form of training needs,attitudes needs and knowledge needs.The grass-roots civil servants have been passive recipients of external stimuli and the inculcation of knowledge the meaning of the object into the active construction of knowledge.3.Through analysis of variance and T test results show that the grass-roots civil servants of different sex has remarkable difference in the skill demand and training form demand,feminine skill and the training form demand to be significantly higher than that of the male.different age groups of civil servants in the form of capacity needs and training needs were significantly different,25-35 age group was significantly higher than the capacity of the demand for more than 46-year-old group.at last,the biggest difference of grass-roots civil servants in the population and the organization characteristic variable is the training form demand.
