| With the Chinese urbanization tide,the urban economy expand rapidly;the urban scale is increasingly expanding day by day;the city is developing outward gradually. The former intersection of city and countryside have become the urban central area,and some are surround or half-surrounded by the city-constructing area.These village surrounded by cities are effect by many factors,especially by the long-time implement of the dual system of population and the land of city and village.The socio-economic structures of village,the managing system as well as the life style are totally different from the city's,becoming in the city a special region in the city—"City Village". Therefore,the villagers of city-village no longer focus on agriculture,also no longer by the land cultivation primarily,and production,life,survival way are already to tend to be consistent with the city people's.With the enlarged urban frame and massive taken collective land,along with the raising numbers of the houses on collective land,for lack of the rules and regulations about laws to the resettling on collective land,how limits the power of the collective land,and how to use the laws properly during the transforming of the "City Village" becomes the focus.This paper aims at the phenomenon of the City-Village which the urban fast development time appears,combining the managing practice of City-Village,and analyzes the law relationship involved in the collective of the City-Village by ways of questionnaire,question-analysis,question-solving.It analyzes the relationship of the collective land in our country from the perspective of the law,and explains how to solve the dispute by law.This paper assesses the law relationship of the City-Village during resettling by case.It also aims at problems of the City-Village and makes an analysis.The writer hopes this paper can benefit the perfecting the plan,collecting of the collective land and the resettling law.
