The Study Of Nanchang City’s Governance Of The Villages In The City Under The Background Of The New Urbanization Construction

According to the report of 18 th Chinese communist party congress, building a comprehensive well-off society relies on the construction of urbanization. The high-speed construction of new-type urbanization in China is becoming a new engine of the development of our country and pushing not only the growth of Chinese economic but also development of society to a new height. Because of the significant impact of urbanization on China’s modernization, the old “villages within cities”, which is a special product of the special circumstances, not only can’t satisfy the development of modern urban, but also to some extent become a stumbling block. Thus, the Governance and reform of the “villages in the city” has become the inevitable result of China’s new-type urbanization.However, under the new requirements of urbanization, “villages in the city” under the old system is out of tune. The problems it brought are more and more outstanding.The governance of “villages in the city” not only affects the coordinated development of a city, but also affects a city’s urban function and living standard of urban citizens. Therefore, how to manage the “villages in the city” in a suitable way has become an important issue of related scholars.This paper is based on the study of Nanchang ’s governance of “ villages in the city” under the background of the new urbanization construction. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and purpose, the meaning of the research, the related literature, the methods of writing, innovation and deficiency; The second part is the theoretical part, first introduced the birth and concept of new urbanization; The third part focuses on the three statuses of “villages in the city” in Nanchang. From a macro point of view analyze the general problems of “villages in the city” in Nanchang; On the base of general analysis, the fourth part focuses on the realistic effect of governance of the village of Nanchang. Through the actual investigation and got the understanding of Nanchang City pilot reform of the village in the city; As the last chapter of the paper, the fifth part takes Guangzhou and Changsha’s excellent management experiences as reference and pointed out some suggestions to improve the Governance of “villages in the city” in Nanchang.This paper is based on the Methodology of Marx’s materialism, and using historical theory as the foundation. Through the study of domestic and overseas literatures, and using public governance theory as the theoretical basis, also combined with the method of investigation and researching, I try to analyze the management of Nanchang’s “villages in the city” in a view of questionnaire.As the capital city of Jiangxi province, many “villages in the city” of Nanchang have shown serious problems. This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of those problems in reality and draw a certain guidance to related departments. I Hope this article can provide a valuable research to the development of the less-developed regions in China.
