Organizational commitment and organizational justice are research hotspots in organizational behavior,from they were put forward. However,almost all existing study focused on the every level employee. Questionnaire of Chinese Employee's Organizational Commitme of Ling Wenquan,Fang Liluo and Zhang Zhican and organizational justice questionnaire of Liu Ya,Long Lirong and Li Ye were adopted as research tools.The study focused on prison plice in Hunan province and aimed to explore their status of organizational commitment and organizational justice.The study also aimed to explore how organizational justice influences organizational commitment.In the end of the article,some suggestion were put forward to enhance the level of organizational justice and organizational commitment of prison plice and enhance the job performance.The conclusions drawn by this research were as follows:Firstly,the whole level of organizational commitment,affective commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment,economical commitment and opportunity commitment of prison police in Hunan province that were higher than median;Secondly,the variable in population statistics can affect the organizational commitment of prison police in Hunan province;Thirdly,the working age,police rank and kinds of position can affect the organizational commitment of prison police in Hunan province.The conclusions can also be drawn by this research were as follows: Firstly,the whole level of organizational justice and leading justice of prison police in Hunan province was higher than median,but procedural justice was lower than median;Secondly,the variable in population statistics can affect the organizational justice of prison police in Hunan province;Thirdly,the working age,police rank and kinds of position can affect the organizational justice of prison police in Hunan province.For the relationship of organizational commitment and organizational justice,the conclusions drawn by this research are as follows.It was the organizational commitment and organizational justice that has positive correlated to organizational commitment,affective commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment and economical commitment,but opportunity commitment that only has positive correlated to organizational to organizational justice.Furthermore,organizational justice can predict organizational commitment;37.9%variance of organizational commitment was predicted unitedly by procedural justice,distributive justice and informational justice can predict 35.7%variance of affective commitment;procedural justice can predict 29.4%variance of normative commitment;procedural justice,distributive justice,leading justice and informational justice can predict 48.1%variance of ideal commitment;distributive justice can predict 9.2%variance of economical commitment.
