Investigation On Organizational Commitment Of Grass-roots Public Security Police In Dalian

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,grassroots police,as the main executors of public power of grassroots public security organs and the core force of the party to maintain public security order in the front line,their organizational commitment level affects the construction of service-oriented public security organs and the overall performance of grassroots public security organs.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of grassroots police force to understand the needs and thoughts of grassroots police,analyze the factors influencing the organizational commitment of grassroots police,and effectively improve the organizational commitment level of grassroots police.This paper selects the grassroots public security police in Dalian as the research object,using the research methods such as literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,based on the current situation of grassroots public security police organization commitment in Dalian interview and questionnaire investigation,deeply analyzes the influence factors of organizational commitment,the public security police at the grass-roots level in Dalian and puts forward some corresponding basic-level policemen in Dalian organizational commitment of the promotion strategy.First,on the basis of domestic and foreign literature research,using psychological contract and organizational support theory,and according to the dimensions of organizational commitment of grassroots leading cadres and organizational commitment scale,a questionnaire and interview outline reflecting the status quo of organizational commitment of grassroots public security police in Dalian is designed.After the reliability and validity test of the prediction questionnaire,the formal questionnaire was issued and the data were sorted out.Secondly,on the basis of the questionnaire data,SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyze the factors influencing the organizational commitment of grassroots public security police in Dalian from the perspectives of personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.At the same time,based on the interview content,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the organizational commitment of grassroots public security police in Dalian in the following six aspects: ideal belief,social norms,organizational emotion,self-realization,reputation and status,and family security,and analyzes the causes.Finally,specific measures to improve the organizational commitment of grassroots public security police in dalian are put forward from three aspects: self level,organizational level and social level.In this paper,using a questionnaire,in different parts of the grass-roots public security police in Dalian sampling survey,and combining the reality of my work to the public security organ at the grass-roots level managers interview investigation,and related countermeasures are put forward according to the results of the survey analysis,provide the basis for Dalian municipal public security bureau of human resources development and management,and also for the construction of Dalian municipal public security bureau "be loyal,service people,justice and discipline" of a service-oriented public security team to provide the reference.
