Study On Chinese Democratic Culture During The Period Of Building A Moderately Well-Off Society

The studies on democratic cultural transformation are of importance to the period of building a moderately well-off society. In view of this, the dissertation tries to form the democratic cultural transformation theory about this period on the basis of analyzing the relative results of international and national research. The dissertation begins to do some research from the following respects: basic theories of democratic culture; basic experience of democratic cultural transformation in the course of social transformation; target model, current state, reason and strategies of democratic cultural transformation during the period of building a moderately well-off society, etc.First of all, basic conceptions and relevant theories are introduced. The dissertation carries on new generalization to such conceptions as democratic culture,political culture and so on. Democratic cultural transformation's experience in course of social transformation is expounded. The transformation target of Chinese democratic cultural transformation which must regard socialism as the position orientation, regard having distinct Chinese characteristics as the subject orientation, and regard being advanced as the value orientation is proposed, combining the basic experience and the transformation characteristic of building a moderately well-off society . Meanwhile, concrete target route where the realization of China's democratic cultural target model relies on is discussed.Secondly, the dissertation puts forward some methods and ways of optimizing Chinese democratic culture on the basis of analysing the extant subject matters of Chinese democratic culture. The dissertation summarizes the characteristic of Chinese democratic culture in such positive respects as the consistency and relative stability and announce the extract details of rationality and serious division from two angles of content and stratum. Therefore, the dissertation propose establishing the thinking of course democratic culture and moulding the benign democratic cultural transformation situation through optimizing the rational course , ecological course and open course of democratic culture.
