People' s Armed Forces Institute was born in the critical period when our party' s focus of job was shifted, and it wasformed and developed under the new circumstances-reform andopening up policy and the socialist market economy. For years, People' s Armed Forces Institute had trained and transported plenty of outstanding grass-roots people's armed forces full-time cadres for our country and had made important contributions to our national defense and economic development. But in recent years, as rapid social development and reform of employment system happened. People armed cadres must not only to measure up to the principle, which include political qualified , hard military, up-grade style and strict discipline, but also need to be competitive, cooperative, innovative with the capacity to solve problems quickly and effectively. As People' s Armed Forces Institute to nature grass-root specialized people armed cadres and national reserve construction talents, the school must adhere to this talent standard. Participative teaching is a teaching method focus on cultivate student' s subjectivity and promote a comprehensive development. Then, in this new time, what' s the significance of implementing this participative teaching? And what' s the status-queue of this teaching? These are the subjects this essay tries to exploit.This research first use documents method to collect research document related to participative teaching. Then use analysis and competitive research system to interpret the true meaning, quality, formality, theatrical basis of this theory and analyze its significance. At last, the essay carries out questionnaire survey and interviews about the implementation of participative teaching within many People' s armed forces schools such as Guizhou People' s Armed Forces Institute and Fujian People' s Armed Forces Institute. And then acquire some first-hand documents about this theory through statistic analysis. On the basis of initial interpretation about the status-queue of the implementation of people' s armed forces' participative teaching. This essay analyses factors impacting the carrying out of this theory within people' s armed forces institute and attempt to make reform and innovation in four angles: teacher' s idea for education, teaching content, teaching management and teaching incentive mechanism. The essential reason is to comprehensively promote this teaching quality, social reputation and market competitiveness. Finally to realize the target to nurture qualified, first-tier and high-credential people armed cadres and national reserve construction talents.
