Study On Rule By Law In The Process Of The Political Civilization Construction Of China

Political civilization is the most important component of the social civilization of mankind and the crystallization of human's political wisdom. The rule of law is the core of modern political civilization.How to build a socialist political civilization, is one of the most important and arduous task we are facing. Comrade Jian Zemin points out, the rule of law belongs to the category of political construction; It is one of the content of political civilization. During the new historical era of building the well-to-do society in an all-round way, to strengthen the rule of law and to build the socialist country running by law is not only the important content and symbol of socialistic political civilization, but also the necessary insurance and way to build it. Therefore, it is of remarkable significance to study and explore the building of political civilization in the view of rule of law.On the basis of analyzing the meanings of political civilization and the rule of law, the thesis discusses the relationship between political civilization and the rule of law. It described in detail about the question of the process in China's political civilization and analyze the reasons for it. In this, it gives my recommendations about how to building of the rule in the framework of building the political civilization in China.There are three parts in the thesis: The first part expound the scientific Content and the relationship of political civilization and the rule of law, and demonstrate the condition and the role of the rule of law in the socialist political civilization of our country. The second part discuss the problems which exist in the process of the building of political civilization from the social ideology dimension and the rule of law respectively and analyze the reasons which lead to these problems from cultural factor, political factor and economic factor .According to the requirement of the construction of rule of law, the third part explore the concrete means of how to promote the process of building political civilization of socialism, which is from four angles of political consciousness civilization, political behavior civilization, political system civilization and political subject civilization.
