Study On The Management Innovation Of Public Survice In Gansu Urban Communities

Community plays an important role, which is the social contact between state and city, the basic platform between government and society. With the economic and social development, the community has become a gathering of all types of social groups. Moreover, it is the meeting point for principles and policies. Meanwhile, the public service has become the main point under the conditions of China's reform of government, which not only promotes the equity and justice of society, the democracy and rule of law, and also promotes the harmonious social relations. The public service is the inherent requirement of harmonious society.Due to the natural history of the special geographical conditions and weak socio-economic development, urban communities is different from the eastern coastal areas. Public service in Gansu it is the new program ,the management of public service is in need to improve and achieve.At the first beginning, the article explores the public service in urban communities and the meaning of the theoretical basis. And then it shows the major problems of public service with its development. Meanwhile, it compares the efficiency and experience of public service both at home and abroad, introduced the community of Liang Jiazhuang in Qi Lihe District,Lanzhou. And it offers the suggestions for service management.
