| With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,the number of urban communities has increased on a large scale,which has become the top priority in the current urban management process,making more urban communities pay attention to the public service management,combining with the actual situation of the community to carry out public service management,so as to promote the healthy development of urban communities and improve the urban community public service management system.However,in the specific implementation process,due to the unclear division of administrative responsibilities,overlapping or missing responsibilities,coupled with the lack of government attention,there are still many problems in the current urban community public service management,which is not conducive to the efficient development of urban community public service management,and affects the improvement of community residents’ satisfaction.Based on the case study of N community,this paper makes an in-depth study on the problems and Countermeasures of urban community public service management.First of all,through the literature analysis method to collect the research scholars’ data and theoretical results about the urban community public service management,to provide theoretical guidance for the writing of this paper.Secondly,interview method and questionnaire method are used to conduct on-the-spot investigation on the public service management of N community,and the first-hand data obtained from the investigation are statistically analyzed and summarized by using statistical analysis method,and the public service management of N community is analyzed in the form of charts.Through on-the-spot investigation and statistical analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the process of N community public service management,such as the lack of internal interaction and communication,the lack of legal publicity of community residents’ service,the relatively monotonous form of community residents’ service,the lack of support from the source of funds,and the lack of autonomous ability of community residents’ committees.The main reasons for these problems are the concept of community governance Conflicts with governance behavior,administration of community public service management,construction and operation maintenance of community public service infrastructure,enthusiasm of residents to participate in service management,social security mechanism of community residents,staffing of community public service management,participation of community social organizations,etc.Finally,based on the nature of the reasons,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the public service management of N community by using the methods of induction and logical analysis.The main conclusion is that in the process of urban community public service management,the contradiction between community governance concept and governance behavior should be avoided,community public service management should be carried out according to the guidance of the government,the construction and operation maintenance of community public service infrastructure should be continuously improved,some incentive measures should be taken to stimulate the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community public service,and the community should be improved The social security system of residents,standardizing the recruitment of community public service managers,encouraging social organizations to participate in the construction of multi-agent community public service mode,so as to improve the management of community public service,steadily promote the improvement of the effectiveness of community public service management,so as to provide more convenience for the community residents and enrich their life forms,so as to improve Improve the quality of life of community residents. |
