As the world's most representative and extensive inter-governmental international organization, in its 60 years of development history, the United Nations has made tremendous contribution to world peace and security,it is also have promoted the international coordination and cooperation. and have made unremitting efforts and exploration for the world establishing a new international political and economic order.Since the new century, world multi-polarization and economic globalization are becoming more and more Strengthen,the world is becoming more and more democratic,global issues are also becoming more and more Complex,all of this brought the new Challenges to The United Nations. However, the mechanisms of the United Nations is the same as 60 years ago,does not reflect the new international balance of power,and difficult to adapt to the new situation.The key for the United Nations to completed its historic mission is to reform. The international community is also call on the United Nations to reform.Reform of the United Nations has become the trend of the times.
