The establishment and development of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is a stratigic decision and important measure made by our party in order to bring peace and prosperity to our country. After 50 years of effort, Corps have made indelible historic contributions.In new era,how to deeply reform the Corps'system,and form Corps'newly harmonious relationship between our party,cadres and masses is very important for Corps to implement the scientific concept of development; and give better play to promote national unity, to ensure that the role of the backbone of social stability, and give better play to consolidate the north-west border, and safeguarding the role of the reunification of the motherland impregnable fortress of great significance.The purpose of this paper is that through the investigation and study,to summary the success made by the Corps in builing harmoniou relationship between cadres and masses in the new era,and know the problem existed in the relationship between Corps'cadres and masses, based on the analysis of causes ,then Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to construct Corps'hamonious relationship between cadres and masses in new era .The full text is divided into three parts: the first part is about success made by Corps in building harmonious relationship between cadres and masses ;the second part ,to analyse the problems and its'causes existed in the relaionship beween cadres and masses ;finally,the author Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to construct Corps'hamonious relationship between cadres and masses in new era .
