The Model Construction Of Public-Private Partnership Of Public Service Provision

Recently, the demands for public service have entered a rapid growing period in our society and the reform of public service provision lags behind the development of the socio-economic process obviously. The diversity of public service and the complexity of its development require us to choose reasonable and innovative public service delivery mechanisms and to build an efficient, fair and responsible public service supply model. With the development of academic research, public-private partnership in the supply of public service delivery mechanisms has increasingly become prominent position. Therefore, in order to adapt to the needs of practice, to strengthen the study of public-private partnership of public service provision is very necessary.This paper aims to construct an effective model of public-private partnership of public service provision. According to the related review and comments of studies already carried out, we can realize the whole situation of public service provision, the main means of supply, the main bodies of supply and the traits of supply model, and make the model construction of public-private partnership of public service provision as the main topic of this paper. According to the analysis of related factors on the model construction of public-private partnership of public services provision, we should know the influence of these factors on model construction. Then through the analysis of model construction principles and steps, we can get a useful model of public-private partnership of public service provision and analyze the feasibility of the model. Finally, Case Study. From the analysis of the innovative patters of the security service supply of drinking water in rural areas, this part tries to demonstrate the application of the model in the security service supply of drinking water in rural areas, according to the theory of the related factors, basic principles and steps we have discussed above, and then assess the advantages of this model.Basing on the research already carried out and according to the analysis and summaries of all the helpful ways, this paper tries to construct an effective model of public-private partnership of public service provision, aiming to give a way of thinking on public service supply mechanism and make the public-private partnership of public service provision more effective, in order to meet people's demands and improve the level of public service provision. From the analysis, we can know that to construct a model of public-private partnership of public service provision from a whole point of view is a new study area now and it is very important and useful for the public service provision.
