As an important method of curing infertility in modern times, Assisted Reproduction is an important remedy for traditional and natural reproduction. It very different from assisted reproduction and natural reproduction. Because of separation of sax and reproduction, assisted reproduction break off the integration of origin and birth, impacts the parentage of the child in traditional civil law, which can't be applicable for the children's parentage under the assisted reproduction. Our country doesn't make law to regulate the children's parentage under assisted reproduction. So it is necessary to do further study.The assisted reproduction includes Artificial reproduction with Husband Semen, Artificial reproduction with Donor Semen or Ovum and Surrogacy. Based on these three types, the test analyzed parental relationship of children assisted reproduced. Considering the condition of our country and comparison the laws of various countries, author brings forward the rules on children's parentage of the assisted reproductive. I hope these advices can provide some used reference to future law of assisted reproduction.
