With the rapid economic developmentd of our country, government departments face with greater opportunities, but also greater challenges. The Government must go with the times of the rapid development, and it is inseparable to play every Civil Servants ability fully and effectively. This article will introduce Career Management theory into Civil Service to discuss improving the Civil Servants' satisfaction, and then develop their capabilities.The main body of this dissertation is composed by three parts. The first part is focus on definition of Career, Career Management ,Civil Servant and it's job satisfaction, then introduced the theoris of those . The second part is mainly analyzing the factors affect Civil Servants' job satisfaction. The first part of this chapter is the current situation analysis of Civil Servant's job satisfaction and Career Management,the following part is analyzing the factors affect Civil Servants'job satisfaction from Career Management's point of view. The last part in main body is somesuggestions on implementation Civil Servant Career Management for advance Job Satisfaction.With effectiveimplementation of Civil Servant Career Management, Civil Servantwill complete their job more energetic and its ability will improve accordingly. As for government, it will become a more and more effective organization. It is very importanttoimplement Career Management for Civil Servant in Knowledge Economy Age.
