In the 21 st century,the economy is growing in high-speed,human resource strategic,creative role,all countries in the world attach great importance to,and through expanding the benefits of human resources and improve productivity to enhance national comprehensive competitive power.The public sector of the civil servants as an important part of human resources,is the direct exercise of public power and direct undertaker of social undertakings,their work ability and mental state determines the administrative efficiency of public sector,also reflected the government's ruling ability and the management level,thus establishing a high quality team of civil servants is very necessary,one of the important means of civil servants career satisfaction.But disappointing is that the government's emphasis on human resources development and management level is lower than the enterprises,social organizations,the present theoretical research lag,slow concrete practice of the status,moreover is failing to pay close attention to civil servants at the grass-roots level.Therefore,research on job satisfaction has the double meaning of theory development and practices,This research takes the grass-roots civil servants in J city of Z Province as the research object,in the present vocational satisfaction in grass-roots civil servants as a starting point,discussed the significance of career satisfaction,mainly studies and discusses the public sector organization personnel policy on its staff job satisfaction.The main content of this study are as follows: first of all,study and review at home and abroad about job satisfaction,career orientation and career management related theory,the basic theory for behind the actual investigation and verification;Then,investigate the career satisfaction of civil servants in J city,Z province.First of all,the basic civil servants are satisfied with their job satisfaction,and there is no gender difference in satisfaction.Second,the team's job satisfaction can be divided into two aspects,respectively "past achievement satisfaction" and "potential play satisfaction",the former refers to the civil servants transverse comparison with others feelings,the latter refers to the professional development and its potential to discover self is feeling.In the respondents,the average score of "achievement satisfaction" was lower than the "potential satisfaction",which seemed to indicate that the ranks of the civil servants were less satisfied when compared with others.Again,the government's management level and civil servants are not found in age,type of the work,the individuals have academic level,professional status,professional expertise and "whether in the public sector work experience" factors such as significant correlation.In addition,the survey also found that the conclusion of a conflict with common sense,that is from personnel of course of their career orientation has no marked impact on career satisfaction,it may need to be in the future study needs further discussion.In addition,the study in the basic unit government personnel system measures can be divided into two aspects,namely "career development support" and "career opportunities",the "career development support" is provided by the organization to improve comprehensive quality of civil servants of all kinds of support,"career opportunities" is mainly manifested in solving civil servants upward development opportunity or channel problem,is a prerequisite for their career development.
