A Studay About Women's Rights And Interests In The Folk Laws Of Zhuang Nationality

This paper,based on the case study of ethnographic and social control Theory,after one month fieldwork in June to July 2008 in a Zhuang nationality named Lelin which locates Debao County Maai Town Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region .I argue in this thesis that the rights and interests of Zhuang women in the folk laws of Zhuang nationality.Through this research,I draw the conclusion that while protected by the folk laws,some rights and interests of women in the Zhuang nationality villages have been seriously infringed.But we cannot compulsorily ban these bad customs and habits which infringe women's rights and interests in the folk laws of Zhuang nationality with the constitutional law by high-handed measures.Although today's communities of Zhuang nationality are very open,people's behavior has been ruled by the folk laws,and people's method of thinking has also been imprisoned by the traditional customs all along.So we should make great efforts to look for the measures and ways which can make adjustments between the folk laws of Zhuang nationality and the state law in order to really realize the protection for the rights and interests of women in the Zhuang nationality villages.By admitting and guiding the norms and the contents of the folk laws within the specific limits to promote the joints between the folk laws and the constitutional law.
