Therefore, research on the protection of women’s rights has leftbehind in rural areas, promote the protection of women’s rights and interests in the work, thefull realization of women’s Liberation and development, promote the construction of acomprehensive well-off society in rural areas, maintaining social stability in rural areas and soon, has the important meaning, there is a theoretical value and practical value of the importantsubject.Firstly, based on inheriting the relevant theory and practice, the definition of the rightsand interests of women and the contents of six. The influence of left behind women’s rights restriction factor to carryon the comprehensive analysis, social system and development level of productivity, two yuanin urban and rural areas, the traditional concept and pattern of the division of system constraints and the women’s own quality and ability, income and consumption level, village,are the factors which influence the left behind women’s rights and interests.On the basis of the above analysis, this paper finally put forward to strengthen theprotection of women’s rights advice left in rural areas in Hebei province. From the women themselves, we should strive toachieve self-reliance.
