The article take BanZhong as a case at Fuan city in Fujian province,We carry out field visits and data collection from GuanLing village,PengJiaYang village and XianYan village, to explore the village of She nationality since from the time of reform and opening up, the content including economic structure and form of community, community way of life of residents, as well as changes in the situation of community culture. we give a detailed description of an analysis for BanZhong She nationnality rural community residents in the economic life patterns and changes in real life; to this paper ,the author use the literature, field surveys, interviews and other methods to do a larger time span longitudinal study , to keep the horizontal perspective of economic development after 1978.We take a comprehensive perspective of the BanZhong who rooted in the modernization of the soil in the minority communities is how to from a traditional agriculture-based, closed community evolved into an open, industry-based business community; and what are the factors that have a role to its development in the evolution..Through this article, we can understand the life of rural development and farmers of the personality, uniqueness and diversity, the more common life,universality and consistency will be found from the rural development, so can be contributions to knowledge for promoting the development of social and scientific ; especially for the She community research , not only able to reveal the existence of rural communities, the situation changes,a clear direction for future development, prosperity and development to identify the characteristics and general laws, but also can fill the blank of She rural communities for the theoretical study.
