The Urban Community Culture Construction Research In Northern China

To master the dominance of culture, reflected the popular culture, from the sixth plenary session of the 17 th to the reform and development, urban and rural integration gradually achieve today, our country has always been culture development in the important position, carefully nurtured, and along with the development of The Times constantly make new strategic thinking and policy decisions. The current size and scope of the city more and more large, the city culture construction is also more attention, the unit and the community has become the basic composition of the city, urban grassroots community is one of the composition of urban administrative system in our country.In the long run, the community culture construction will become the cultivation culture in our country, the main positions at the grass-roots level of civic literacy. So, Urban community culture construction has gradually become the focus of the urban cultural construction. Adopting the community’s culture from city to city construction in China has been to promote the large-scale cultural prosperity and development of our country is an important step of practice.But because of geographical, resources, history and so on the different conditions, our country city community culture construction cannot machine-made, innovation community culture must be combined with characteristics of their own advantages.This study was conducted in Harbin city community cultural construction of the investigation and study, illustrates the current development of Harbin city community culture construction and the running status of community culture construction, this paper mainly USES the interview method and grounded theory research methods, from different districts in Harbin has eight community residents in the community for semi-structured interviews, according to the process of grounded theory research methods to encode the research data collection analysis, supplemented by qualitative study computer software Nvivo10 Chinese version to rationalize the quantitative measurement of encoded data on all statistical category and concept, the formation of grounded theory ranking, attention, encoding effects between matrix analysis, etc. Through the above research, analyze the problems existing in the process of Harbin city community culture construction and the reasons, and finally based on the conclusion, this paper tries to through the actual survey results of Harbin city community cultural construction of sum up the north perfect urban community culture construction and some concrete ideas and measures of innovation, for the future of our country city community culture construction and development, can be drawn lessons from for some valuable reference.
