A Study On The Construction Of Shanghai's Urban Community Culture In The New Era

Civic moral education is an important part of socialist ideological and political education and socialist spiritual civilization construction.Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced a rapid social transformation.One of the most important changes in the transformation is the rapid urbanization.Urban residents have accounted for more than 60% of the population in China.In the new era,the important subject of civic moral education is how to improve citizens' moral and cultural level under the guidance of socialist core values in the process of the increasing proportion of urban population.If the civic moral education is to be implemented,it must have a carrier and construction path to rely on.From the perspective of urban social life,since the reform and opening up,community has gradually become the basic unit of urban development.Citizens' life is mainly community-centered,so the improvement of citizens' moral quality cannot be achieved without the carrier of community,especially the construction of community social morality in community culture is an important link in the education of citizens' moral quality.By studying the cultural construction of Shanghai community in the new era,this research explores the basic ways to improve citizens' moral quality in the new era.As a modern metropolis in China,Shanghai,with community as its terminal,is playing an increasingly important role in the life of urban residents.The level of community governance directly affects the quality of urban governance.Community culture in community governance can improve residents' spiritual state and moral quality.Community culture construction leaded by socialism core values,can carry forward the positive and scientific world outlook,the outlook on life,values,and improve the culture of the community,the community social morality consciousness,can timely resolve and counseling problems and contradictions that exist in the communities as well,can promote the formation of good interpersonal relationships,and enhance people's sense of belonging and identity to the community,which can meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of residents and improve people's awareness of community moral construction,the moral quality of residents.In a word,building a healthy and progressive community culture is the ideological and moral basis for building a better life for the people in the new era and an important part of building socialist spiritual civilization.Healthy and progressive community culture can enhance the cohesion of community residents,strengthen people's sense of identity for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and promote community harmony and social stability.As an important part in communities of urban residents,community culture plays an important role in meeting residents' spiritual needs and enhancing their sense of belonging.As a basic part of urban culture,community culture can promote the cultural construction of the whole city.And the promotion of civil social ethics consciousness can also enhance the moral and cultural level of the whole city.In addition,cultural construction is an important part of Shanghai's efforts to build an outstanding global city in the new era.To strengthen community cultural construction in Shanghai is also the requirement of the times for building an outstanding global city.In order to analyze and solve the problems existing in the cultural construction of Shanghai community in the new era and improve the residents' moral quality.Adhering to theoriesand practice,this study conducts field research on three different types of typical communities in Shanghai,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of community culture in Shanghai in the new era on the basis of sufficient first-hand evidence.This study is divided into five parts: the introduction is mainly about the significance of this study,literature review and research methods;Chapter One:changes of Shanghai community and cultural evolution in Shanghai community.It is mainly about the development of Shanghai community and community culture,the main characteristics of community ethics,the research background and supportive policy;Chapter Two:the new requirements for Shanghai community culture construction in the new era.This chapter mainly introduces the new requirements for community cultural construction,community ethics and new challenges in Shanghai's building into a global outstanding city in new era;Chapter Three: field research and analysis of typical Shanghai community cultural construction.By visiting communities and neighborhood committees,the author summarizes the current experience of community cultural construction,especially finding theproblems;Chapter Four: present countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in the cultural construction of Shanghai community in the new era.
