Research On Social Endowment Insurance Systom In The Countryside Of China

In china, employees of all urban enterprises may participate in the basic old-age insurance program, and all enterprises and employees in towns and cities have the obligation to pay the basic old-age insurance premiums. However, as the biggest agriculture country in this world, china has the 70% of population living in countryside where the Old-Age Insurance System is still not popular. The market economy brings not only the development opportunities, but also problems of the rural social basic old-age pension system. To our country, there is special and important meaning to extend the social security system coverage for the agriculture. At present, how to establish and perfect the rural social basic old-age pension system m conformity with economic development to become and concern the rural social development and even whole social security system of our country is the important subject constructed rationally.Based on further in-depth studies of the current rural social security system, the author puts forward the suggestion of building "social security system" through innovating ways of achieving rural old-age pension system.
