On The Perfection Of China's Rural Social Pension Insurance Legislation

China is an agricultural county and also a country with large population. About 60% of the Chinese population is in the rural areas. So the providing for the aged problem is the key element for the social stability and also the key element for the success of objectives of building a well-off society in all-round way. Since the reform and open policy was established for more than 20 years, the economic system of china reform have already accomplished the basic transform from planned economy to market economy as a historic turn, the construction of society guarantee also make breakthrough. That is, a presupposition is come up with in accordance with the substantial conditions of China that a sketch and relevant principles of the legislation of endowment insurance in the rural areas and at the same time some paints are produced.
