Investigation Report On Permissive Organs Of Ordos Municipal Service Center Implementing The Administrative Permission Law

Administrative Permission Law of the People's Republic of China was issued and carried into execution officially on July 1st, 2004. It is the most important controlling power law to regulate the government acts. During the law's four years' implementation, achievements have been made, but many problems also have appeared. It needs to be standardized and completed further. This article is centered on the performance of the Administrative Permission Law carrying out in administrative permissive organs of Ordos Municipal Service Center. First the article gives the general introduction to the present state of Ordos Municipal Service Center carrying out the Administrative Permission Law. Then based on the investigation, analysis is made on the problems in the execution and the procedure in the light of Administrative Permission Law. Suggestions in connection with the above existent problems are put forward to improve the law from two sides of theory and practices such as improvement of admission procedure system, strengthened construction of supporting system, enhancement of the sense of administration by law and etc.
