Study On The Legal Problem Of The Rural Endowment Insurance

With the crisis of the traditional family model of rural endowment insurance and the arrival of the aging of the rural population, facing surging pressure of the rural old-age, the problem of rural old-age insurance is becoming increasingly prominent and urgent. China's existing endowment insurance system in rural areas has been unable to meet the needs of reality, China's rural areas as soon as possible, Thus building a legal system of rural endowment insurance is of far-reaching importance to the deepening of rural reform and the protection of the interests of farmers, as well as the solution of the farmers' worry about the lifting of family planning and implementation of the basic national policy to promote rural economic development and social stability.Based on the urgency of building a rural old-age insurance system and the deficiency of China's academic study on the rural old-age insurance system, this paper has an all-round and systematic study on the Law on the level of rural endowment insurance system. On the basis of domestic study and practice, this paper has used the analysis method of sociology, economics, law, comparison, normative analysis, historical research and so on. Starting from the rural old-age insurance system to recall the history and analyze the current situation, analyze the gains and losses of the "county-level of rural society the basic old-age insurance program (for trial implementation)". This paper learns from the foreign old-age insurance system in rural areas, and further studies the old-age insurance in rural areas of our country, then proposes the legal issues in depth, building a rural old-age insurance system from a new angel with Chinese characteristics, exploring the rural endowment insurance law system that are practical and adaptable to the socialist market economic development.
