Research On Improving The Ability Of The Grass Root Agency Cell Of Party In Perspective Of Harmonious Society

In this new historical period, our party confirmed that our start point is to build a moderately prosperous society; open a new era of socialist cause; to adapt the fundamental change of our society; to enhance the social base of the administrative ability of our party, and to complete the historical task of our party. Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society is the main task of our party at this stage. The agency cell of party, as the organizer and enforcer of Harmonious Society construction, bear great responsibility to serve for the general situation and to keep the stability of the society and to properly handle social contradictions. The construction of Harmonious agency is an important part of Socialist Harmonious Society building. The agency cell of party should accommodate itself to the new task, requirement of construct Harmonious Society and provide powerful political assurance. We have to promote and further reform and improve the leadership ability, management skill service level with development and creative thinking in the goal to adapt the requirement of the new situation and new task and contribute to the progress of a construction of harmonious agency.Based on the research of materials, this article carried a research on the construction of the agency cell of our party in Wuxi and analyzed that problem the grass root level agency cell of our party encountered. The new period raised many new requirements to the construction of grass level agency of our party. Many deficiencies float to the surface in practical work: lack of thinking conception; deficiencies of the system; the existence of corruption and the lacking of creativity which greatly affect the normal function of agency cell of our party. The answer to these questions serves as the key to the construction the grass root level agency cell of our party. The discussion of policy was raised after the analysis of facts: to enhance the construction of thought, organization and system and to combat corruption and build a clean government,and efforts were to made to some creative study to improve the ability to construct Socialist Harmonious Society.
