Politics Meaning Of Internet Public Sphere And Government Responding

Since the 20th century of ninety, the rapid development of Internet technology breaks through the traditional public sphere. The new term of "Internet public sphere "comes into people's vision. The "Internet public sphere" has passed more than 20 years since it was born. It is still in it's youth. On the one hand, the development of "Internet public sphere" promote the development of the politics of our country. On the other hand, it also brings us many negative effects. Therefore, the Government must respond to this and regulate the development of "Internet public sphere ".By the series of researching method, and the analysia of the research background, research status home and abroad and to explain some core concepts. This paper not only introduces the development of our country's "Internet public sphere ", including the public sphere and the public and the characteristics of our country's "Internet public sphere' but also describes the development of China's Internet public sphere's political meaning,including the positive and negative effects for our politics developments. For those positive and negative effects, the government should take the measures of our country to the development of "Internet public sphere ", mainly from three sides to guide and regulate it.
