A Research On The Innovative System For Promoting Comtemporary Student Party Members' Further Education In Universities

In recent years, owing to focusing their attention on the cultivation of Party Members, ie. how to train, educate and assess college students before they join CCP, some colleges and universities ignore the re-education and management after students'joining the Party, though. It is "focusing on the development while ignoring education" that has become more prominent in the party building of college. Thus, how to enhance the further education of party members becomes an urgent task. The further education of party members in college is not only a basic party-building work, but also the basis of a smooth implementation and innovation of the education of student party members. Based on the law of growth and development of students, and in order to promote the students' comprehensive abilities, as well as considering the present situation of the student party members'further education, this paper mainly explores how to construct a innovative system that is used to promote further education of the student party members, which, with the empirical method, is demonstrated in Southwest Jiaotong University, This study is a trial to build a harmonious further education system for student party members, and to form a well-established management system of further education of student party members. This paper is divided into four parts, the first chapter introduces the basic background information, significance, research methods and the present research status; the second chapter explains the guiding ideology, the general requirements, the basic principles and the significance.; the third chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in student party members'further education by presenting the present situation of their further education; the fourth chapter demonstrates the feasibility of the construction of a innovative system for promoting the student party members'further education, which is proved from the follwing aspects:the innovation of the education system of the student party members, the innovation of activity system and the innovation of the management system.
