A Study On The Regular Education Of College Student Party Members From The Perspective Of The Learning Party

A very important and fundamental job in Party building is the regular education for the party members. The significance of strengthening the regular education for the party members lies that it consolidates, develops and maintains the achievements of party members'advanced education activities, continually improving their qualities, that it also boosts and modifies the party's capability of governing the state and advanced construction, that more importantly, it is of great essence for establishing a learning party, setting up a socially harmonious society and implementing scientific and developmental perspectives. As outstanding students, backbones and the newly emerging force in the party, the college student party members play a crucial role in the construction of socialist modernization. Accordingly, it is of great significance to conduct regular education among college student party members in order to enhance their whole quality, motivate the implementation of the educational policy, maintain the leading role of the student Party members and cultivate talents with high quality, high cultural background and high level.The first part of the thesis is an introduction to the background of the article, mainly describing the research characteristics of the regular education of college student party members from the perspective of the learning party in current academic circle and meanwhile, giving a brief narration of the research situation, objectives and contents, research methods, features and innovations.The second part focuses on the connotation and features of the learning political party. The regular education of the party members is the realistic requirement to construct a learning party, all of which constitute the setting of constructing a learning party.The forth part takes Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an example, investigating and analyzing its current educational status of the student party members and the educational characteristics and demands, proceeding to point out several problems in the regular education of college student party members.The last part puts forward a corresponding educational policy according to the characteristics and needs of the regular education of college student party members and explores channels, means and mechanisms of party members'regular education from a diverse approaches and aspects by combining the educational work with the learning party.
