Achievement motivation is the stabilization of people's personality, correlation with people's success. Self-efficacy refer to confidence of people's to do something. Armed-police, as the important role of country's army, we must emphasis it's mental health.With the Achievement Motivation Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire we found that:A The male self-efficacy stronger than female, but no difference in source and localB The male achievement motivation higher that female, soldiers from county higher that city in motive success, no difference in local.C The male's well-being stronger than female, but there no difference in source and local.D There are high correlation of well-being with achievement motivation and self-efficacy. People who high in well-being with higher achievement motivation and higher self-efficacy. People with high self-efficacy will more achievement motivation. Achievement motivation and self-efficacy could forecast well-being well.
