Review On China's Social Law Study

As a system existence,social law has a long history. With economic development and social structure changes, the system construction and theoretical research on social law are also constantly developed and improved. As an integral part of the law system,social law is succession of the traditional law, and it make up for lack of the traditional law. With the specific adjustment model and substantive justice, social law is criticism of the traditional jurisprudence. As an emerging market economy China's social law and system of practice is being gradually unfolded. Chinese officials and academics on the basic of the theory of social law, explore gradually the perfection and reunification of the social law institutions. China's social law to labor law, social security law as the core, is to build a social law system with Chinese characteristics.The main contents of the paper is divided into three part,as follows:Firstly,in the paper, empirical analysis is based on the study of social law should be straightened out, recalling the history of China's social law study and practical experience, focusing on study of social law's concept and values, social law's system.Secondly, On basis of the research of China's social law, the paper analyzes the achievements and major problems of the study of China's social law, and then make my own assessment.Finally, based on foreign experiences, the paper makes basic evaluation on the development of theoretical study of China's social law, and makes recommendations for the construction of China's social law system,to add brick for the rule of China's social law.
