By the means of the sociology of law, I put forward a basic theory of Chinese social security system and cast light on the people's right in social security system. At the same time , I give a positive analysis on the actual Chinese social security system m pursuit of a reasonable truss of action among the government, society and family. The first point distinguished from other researches on this subject is that I always pay attention to the right ,such as the actualization ,administrative level and characteristic. The second point is that I think much of the reasonable truss of action among the government ,society and family besides the ability to solve the social problems under the transformation trend of welfare pluralism and stratification of social security system.
