In the market economy countries, labor dispatch is an employment mode that has existed for quite a long time and been developing continually. Recently, as the marketization of human resources developing quickly, the pressure of employment becoming heavily, and the traditional views of employment have conversing gradually, labor dispatch has made a steady progress in our country.Although Labor dispatch creates a win-win situation among dispatch agency, employer and employee, it has an inbred limitation, the conflicts among the 3 main parts happen frequently. For the dispatch agency, no matter agency worker is sent to the employer's or not, the dispatch has the responsibilities to afford the living wage, insurance, housing fund, other welfares and staff training; For the employer, it is contradictory to the long-term objectives of organization by exploring dispatching employment. For the agency worker, the unstable and uncertain the dispatching employment sharpens the mental load of him or her, which has negative influence on agency worker's enthusiastic on work and long-term occupation planning.Most scholars in our country have made different analyses of labor dispatch in the eyes of law or management, seldom from the view of labor economics.This thesis mainly analyses the conflict among the 3 main parts in dispatching with 6 sections. Section 1 will be followed by a literature review of labor dispatch inland and abroad; Section 2 will present the emerging background and current development of labor dispatch; in the next section, a brief analyses of the labor relation characteristics in labor dispatch is given, including flow chart, relationship between each 2 parts, and comparisons of labor relation between traditional employment and dispatching. In section 4, it will clarify the reasons and appearance of the conflict, with the method of Game. In section 5 and 6, after the international advance practice, the the suggestions on how to manage the conflicts in dispatching will be given.
