This thesis heads for interest, mainly studies the inner- enterprise game models, that is the game situation and result among proprietor, manager and laborer. It assays first the interest behavior of all kinds of predominant groups. Through looking into the workers' approval of satisfaction to their jobs and practical researching, the motivate factors which are mostly relevant to the workers' approval of satisfaction are discovered. Secondly, through discussing the relationship between the corporation and the workers, the teamwork relation game model is built. Then the mechanisms to reduce "shirking" and to mobilize every member positively are presented. At the same time, this thesis studies incentive problem in inner-enterprise and constructs the game models combining policy factors and culture factors. And it also points out that the psychological agreement and corporation culture play a very important part in the course of motivating. Thirdly, it analyzes the managers' behavior pattern, then the game model between the corporation and manager is made and its mechanisms of motivation and restrain are further studied. Last, five principles about designing interest mechanism are presented.
