The Study On The Prevention And Control Mechanism Of The Group Incidents In The View Of The Socialist Harmonious Society

China is in the violent social transition period ,and group incidents are on the increase. Due to their influential and widespread features,group incidents have brought about a big shock to our building of the socialist harmonious society. China's current group incidents mainly arise from the conflicts of interests,which fall in the category of contradictions among the people. Based on the reliable,stable mechanism and effective prevention and control ,can we only build the socialist harmonious society.As the study on the prevention and control mechanism of the group incidents in the view of the socialist harmonious society, this article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part deeply analyses the characters,causes of the group incidents and their effect to the socialist harmonious society.Then it emphasizes the impressive significance of group incidents effective prevention and control for building the socialist harmonious society.The second part analyses the building of the group incidents prevention and control mechanism and the impressive significance of perfecting it .Then from three aspects ,that is , Marxism interests,justice and mass views,the article emphasizes the Marxism theoretical basis of the group incidents prevention and control mechanism.The third part mainly presents the operation and achievements of effective mechanism in China at the moment,and states the existing problems as well.There are some problems,such as emphasizing the prevention but dealing,ignoring the functions of social organizations and lacking of mechanism for dealing with contradictions.The last part ,the article presents the countermeasures of improving and ferfecting the group incidents prevention and control mechanism.It analyses the contents from three aspects:tamping the institutional basis,perfecting the prevention mechanism and improving the controlling mechanism.
