This is a major policy decision on the economic and social sustainable development to our country.It is useful to strengthen the position of agriculture.At the same time,it is a great practice to change the rural landscape and to increase the farmer′s income.Also,it is flashing gleaming luster for the construction of China′s basic service government.The township government is the most roots political organizations of the rural areas.It is on bear of the historic missing of the new countryside.
