In New Democratic Revolution Period, it has special status in the history of china education that the Communist Party of China establishes and develops proletarian education in revolutionary base that combine theory with practice. It not only leads to the right direction of the Social Education of the Central Soviet Area, but also plays an active role to agrarian revolution, productivity and improvement of ethical standards and cultural qualities of Red Army.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is to discuss the environment and necessity that CPC drew up education principle and policy. Dementia of the White regime to Red regime is encircled and suppress, CPC have to continue revolution in rural。In order to awaken people's enthusiastic of revolution, and enhance the ability of military and political of Red Army, CPC establishes and develop education.The second part is to discuss the main content of education policy that formulated by CPC. The education policy base on Marxism-Leninism to serve agrarian revolution, ensure the masses of workers and peasants have the priority to receive an education, theory combine with practice, run a school rely on masses and intellectual. In this way, the education full of universal, directive and democracy. Literature search was applied in this part, explained the education policy by authority documentThe third part is to discuss the Implementation and experience of education policy of CPC in agrarian revolution period. CPC pay much attention to education, although the condition is very poor in Soviet Area, the education policy still developed with the effort of CPC and masses and achieved great success. This part starts from cadre education, education of masses of workers and peasants and education for children and Red Army. A nice summary was made about the Implementation of education policy; the experience can be used in modern education. Such as enhance the leadership of CPC, insist right direction of education, theory combine with practice, flexible education mechanism Education thought ,teaching idea of the teacher should meet adaptive capacity educational in order to keep pace with the reform. This is the conclusion of the paper, and the principal source of modern education learns from education in Soviet Area.The forth part is to discuss the revelation of the CPC education policy during agrarian revolution to modern education in rural area. Rural education is the weak link in Chinese education; the main issue is the poor condition in rural area, education fund is short, but it's much better than Soviet Area in that time. The paper illustrates the present state rural education in China, and proposed some suggestions about education according the education in Soviet Area. This is the main purpose of this thesis.
