The theory of the Rich Peasant of the Communist Party of China, originated in the Great Revolution period, was enriched and developed to such a degree during the Agrarian Revolution period that it had grown into a complete theory system, in the course of which the theory of the Rich Peasant of the Communist Party of China underwent three great changes, i.e. the one from the theory and policy of uniting the Rich Peasant in the Great Revolution period to the theory and policy of neutralizing the Rich Peasant early in the Agrarian Revolution period, the one from the theory and policy of neutralizing the Rich Peasant before the letter about opposing the Rich Peasant was received from the Executive Committee of the Communist International to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the theory and policy of opposing the Rich Peasant after that, and the one from the theory and policy of opposing the Rich Peasant before the Resolution For Changing The Policy of Rich Peasant was put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1935 to the theory and policy of uniting the Rich Peasant after that, whereby the development of the Rich Peasant theory of the Communist Party of China in the Agrarian Revolution period is divided into three stages, i.e. the early one, the middle one and the later one, which together with the three changes mentioned above, constitute the skeleton or main thread of this dissertation, on the basis of which the Rich Peasant theory and policy in each stage during the Agrarian Revolution and its effect are elaborated, so are the cause of each change and its social and historical settings, whereas additionally, for the historical limitations, the Rich Peasant theory in this period had not yet matured, being more or less "Left" all the time, which was not solved until the Deng Xiaoping Theory was established and the market-oriented economy was put into practice when we can declare the Rich Peasant theory of the Communist Party of China has attained to its maturation and perfection.
