Party-building Work Reform And Development Research Of Oil Enterprises In New Period

Petroleum is the blood of economic growth. It's responsible for the country's energy security, economic development and social stability; it also plays an important role in socialist modernization. Therefore, building oil enterprises well are not only of great economic significance, but also has far-reaching political significance. Only by greatly strengthening and improving the party's political leadership on the oil enterprises, can ensure the development direction and promote the rapid and efficient development of oil enterprises. However, in the new period, oil enterprises face many new situations, which require oil enterprises'Party organization to adapt to the new situation, to grasp the new situation, to explore new ways to seek the new ideas of reform and development of the Party Construction, and to provide political protection for promoting the development of the oil enterprises.The thesis is composed of the introduction and three chapters. Chapter two explains the need for reform and development of party-building work in the new era, mainly through analysis of various problems and challenges emerging in the party-building work under modern enterprise system. Chapter three analyzes the challenges and problems the party-building work faces in the new era,and propose the new ideas of reform and development of the Party Construction, with the final target of solving the difficulties in the party-building work and promote the development of oil enterprises. Those are giving the full play to the role as the political core, greatly strengthening the construction of leading groups, forwarding the innovation of the ideological and political work, toughening the construction of Party members and creating the distinct company culture. The new ideas of reform and development are helpful to strengthen and consolidate the political position of the party organization of the oil industry and play its political central role fully to ensure and strengthen the party's leadership in oil enterprises.
