The Research On The Perform Duties Of The NPC Deputies

It is an important part of the institution of the National People's Congress of the PRC that the congressmen of people in China perform duty in effect legally and there are essential meanings of that to the effective run of the institution of the NPC and the socialistic democracy. The thesis studies on the deputy-activities of the congressmen during sessions and in closing time, and analyses some problems and causes while performing the congressmen's duty. There are four parts here, the first chapter focus on the basic characters of the deputy system of our country; the second studies on matters of the deputies'performance, rights and obligations, and how they perform duty during the closing time etc; while analyses issues and whys of the deputies'activity in the third chapter, suggestions are made in the fourth chapter to improve the deputy activity.There are five parts in the thesis: Introduction; four chapters; conclusion.
