The main purpose of this thesis is to illustrate the importance of the text, Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right, written by Marx in 1843,by performing textual research on it. There are three kind of logical, concise and deliberate interpretations that constitute the thesis, including the interpretation based on the original text, the one exploring into the system of the text, and the one focusing on some related texts. The first part is an introduction with the title of From the Historic Importance of the Text, giving a detailed analysis on three very different theories, i.e. the theory that insists the text symbolizes accomplishment of the transition of Marx's Weltanschauung, the theory that advocates the text means a dominant transit in Marx's philosophy ideology, and the one takes on the text as only some old theories based on old philosophy theories. The second part is the interpretation based on the original text, mainly about the critiques on majesty, executive power and legislative, according to the fictional sequencing. By this way, not only the conflicts, but also the succession between the standpoints of Marx and Hegel, can be presented clearly and faithfully. The third part is the systematic interpretation of the text, presenting Marx's critiques of Hegel's opinions on ontology, dialectics, epistemology and conception of history in sequence. In this part, we pay great attention to the objective theoretical achievements of both Marx's and Hegel's, besides the boundedness of both, especially the former. The forth part is the trans-text interpretation of the text. In this part, we select three texts written by Marx in subsequent phases, including On the Jewish Question, the preface of Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right, and Paris Manuscripts, in order to see how the focal question, i.e. the relationship between the civil society and the state went on thereafter. The last part is refletions with the title of Transcending Textual Research on the Text, giving a direct answer to the question mentioned before, that is, the importance of the text, and put forward some other research methods which may be used by others.
