Studies On The CPC Inspection System And Work In Anhui Area (1923-1935)

May 22, 2009, the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee Political Bureau considered and adopted the "Communist Party of China inspections (for trial implementation)". CPC to strengthen the inspection system is an important inner-party supervision systems and measures, this system can be traced back to the early founding. Through the examination of the CPC's history, this article discusses the historical origins of inspection system of the Chinese Communist Party, and systematically sorts out the basic development process of the CPC's inspection system.Using the history, politics, law, the party construction theory, through point and cover the whole way, focused exploration from 1923 to 1935 period,the Communist Party of China in Anhui area has implemented the specific circumstances of the inspection system, demonstrating the CPC's early revolutionary organization in Anhui to establish a close relationship with the central inspector. From the inspection system of special content and specific policy measures for the implementation of the inspection system ,the paper comprehensively and profoundly discusses the CPC's inspection system in the operating mechanism of the Anhui region.At the same time, combined with the specific work of inspectors in Anhui, all aspects, multi-field inspector work's content shows it played an important role to the smooth development of the revolutionary movement of Anhui area,and in further demonstrates the specificity of the work of the CPC and the need for inspection.In this paper, systems and working at two levels reveal the Chinese Communist Party's system of inspection in Anhui's basic outlook, analyzed and summarized the practice of historical significance of the CPC's inspection system in Anhui. On the one hand, Anhui inspection system and the inspectors of the inspection in Anhui conducive to party building work to enrich and improve the Chinese Communist Party's inspection system;On the other hand, the objective that the lack of Anhui inspection system is implemented and lessons learned, integrated two reveals the Communist Party of China history of the development law of the inspection system.
