Country's development is inseparable from the government, government actors are civil servants, Government can not do without the dedicated work of the civil service and full dedication, Can be said that the quality and spirit of the state civil service determines the level and efficiency of government management。Build a high quality and good mental state of the professional civil service is to improve administrative capacity of state and government, building a harmonious society, an urgent need to deal with international challenges.Done before the civil service in the academic burnout survey concluded that:The more civil servants belonging to higher authorities the lighter burnout, while at the most grassroots level of villages and towns of the Civil Servants Supreme burnout. Basic relationship between civil servants and the people most directly and closely, responsible for the unity of the people, serving the masses of the heavy responsibility, guide people to actively build a harmonious society in the vanguard and main force, attitude and efficiency of their work directly on the construction of a harmonious society plays an important role. Therefore, this grass-roots civil servants for the study.Based on the basic civil burnout Xinjiang description, analyzes the reasons for burnout, and recommend appropriate solutions. Through literature research and social survey methods, obtained from the Civil Service Job Burnout reasons:That civil servants feel work pressure increased, the relationship among colleagues and so difficult. These factors caused the Civil emotional instability, anxiety, depression and even produce some response, ultimately leading to the Civil Service job burnout, affect the government's performance level. In this paper, to solve the Xinjiang grassroots civil servants from the organization Burnout, work, personal and other government and civil servants at the same time to start.
