China is in the key stage of economic and social transformation in the open,the concrete execution of this group as a social management of civil servant,its stable working condition is directly related to national development and reform.Promulgated by the China human resources development network two Chinese professionals job burnout status quo survey shows that civil servant's job burnout of this group is in serious condition,the social from all walks of life to this phenomenon is becoming more and more attention.Along with the social development,people's demand for the party and the government's ruling ability,if they treat work lack passion,negative coping,not only do harm to the development of itself,at the same time will affect the government's administrative efficiency,so as to affect the country's reform and stable development.Therefore,research on civil servant's job burnout problem is of great significance.Quanzhou straight to civil servants as the research object,with the method of questionnaire,334 civil servants to quanzhou straight are handed out questionnaires,320 valid questionnaires.With SPSS22.0 tools to analyze recycling questionnaire,explore the job stress,the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout.The results show that quanzhou straight work stress and job burnout of civil servants were positively correlated;Quanzhou straight psychological capital and job burnout of civil servants has significant negative correlation;Quanzhou straight civil servants work pressure and psychological capital has significant negative correlation.According to the research,put forward the right way to deal with work stress and job burnout of civil servants,including the consummation selects and the assign mechanism,incentive mechanism of civil servants and widen the channel of the promotion of civil servants,relieve guard channel,enrich training content,increase the degree of attention to the psychological capital,etc.In this paper,the research conclusion,help to cause social for straight organs of civil servant's job burnout phenomenon seriously,actively explore the methods to solve the problem of the job burnout,to help its enthusiasm and work efficiency,improve the image of the civil servants,so promote the harmonious development of society is very important.
