Since the 80s of the 20th century,the concept of job burnout has been put forward,because of it's universality and importance,gradually become to be the hot issue in the study of foreign scholars.After entering the 21st century,job burnout also caused the attention of Chinese scholars,the research of Job Burnout was involved in all trades,but the research about prison police's Job Burnout are very rare.Job burnout is gradually formed by the dynamic process,and ultimately to the form of static characteristics of the complex,it's development is slowly,weakly and imperceptibly,and once the development beyond the critical point,the intense negative emotions and disruptive behavior will occur abruptly,and the ultimate development of the manifestations——physiological fatigue,psychological exhaustion and individual achievement sense of crisis.Due to the particularity of the prison police's job environment,objects,roles and tasks,cause the prison police into the groups of high incidence of job burnout.Job burnout will not only affect the performance of the police,but also will cause great harm to the safety of supervision.Therefore,it's very important to study the Job burnout of prison police.This research mainly analyzes the characterization of prison grass-roots civil servant's job burnout and cause analysis,mainly from the mental representation,physical property and behavior characterization to expounds three aspects,the causes of job burnout,the author also analyzed the prison system of the existing job burnout incentive mechanism,namely inside the prison system of civil servant's management subject to the jurisdiction of civil servants at the grass-roots level management,to maintain and promote the civil servants work activeness,improve the efficiency of administrative power,administrative goals intend for the activity and the measures taken by the combined.It mainly includes assessment and duty lifting system,reward and training system,salary and insurance system,etc.However,there are some problems,such as unreasonable income distribution,too formal assessment,unreasonable promotion,and inadequate training.The prison in Shanghai's 253 civil servants at the grass-roots level as the main research object of study,it is concluded that the prison system in Shanghai on the incentive mechanism of job burnout:that specific content of the soft environment construction of the prison,such as increasing culture training,the development of rich training,prison police treatment of ascension,including students studying,spouses employment question,has carried out psychological counseling.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures.
