Research On The Relationship Between Government Media And The Public In Crisis Management

Nowadays, sorts of public crisis turn up inevitably seduced by many contradiction and tough problems, which are resulted from the fact that we are under the way of reforming and constructing our society during this kind of crucial time to quicken the speed of construction and to see fortunately the heart-stirring vision in the economic field.In the process of crisis management, information exchange and communication between government and the public are very importnat.This can stop deepening scare or stop scatting rumors that arise from information dissymmetry.Actually,this kind of communication is realized by the media.Therefore, how to form an effetive interaction among government,media and the public has been an important problem in the research of government crisis management.This thesis starts with the definition of crisis,Public crisis and government crisis management and then clerify the research direction at the same time carding the historical evaluation process between governmet,media and the public. Second,through some typical examples,analyse the role of government media and the public in crisis management. Third, analyse the coorperate and conflict relationship between governmet,media and the public in crisis management.last but not least,infer the way that reconstruction of hormonious relationship between government,media and the public in crisis management.
