Suggestions On Public Crisis Management Based On The Government New Media Application

With the development of mobile Internet,new media has an increase importance in getting crisis information for the public.The government new media has become the authority release source,and play an important role in public crisis management online,which can contributes to ease the burden of negative effects of public crisis.Becoming more and more important,the development of operation and maintenance of organizations differ.This research studies theoretical achievements on government new media using in crisis management at home and abroad,summarizes the current situation and problems of the operation of government new media in public crisis using method of comparison,statistics,and conversations.Based on the theoretical basis of full-flow crisis management,discussing the functions that government new media supposed to do in public crisis management.At last,come up with the suggestions in aspects of consciousness,system,procedure,expertise,aiming to be beneficial to the improvement of public crisis management capacity.
