A Study Of The Administrative Adjustment In A Certain District In Shanghai

After 30 year's reform and opening-up policy in a certain district in Shanghai,great achievements have been made in administrative division and adjustment building. As public products,administrative division is basis and condition for city survival and development.Building and management of administrative division is the key responsibility of government.In this paper, in order to meet the development requirement of administrative division in a certain district in Shanghai,we should continue enhancing to build administrative division on one side;on the other side,we need to rely on modern management idea and technology and improve the management level of administrative division adjustment to realize the management increasing effect.And we should give full play to efficiency and benefit of the existing administrative division resources and improve the level and capability of public products service to offer high quality and high efficiency service for general public and city.This paper uses public administration theory and the field strength of regional applied force to bring forward the general thought,frame work and details of administrative division adjustment in a certain district of Shanghai.Applying advanced administrative division adjustment theory into the administrative division adjustment management of a certain district in Shanghai is the exploration in urban professional management. The research of this paper has provided an example for the reform of administrative division adjustment management in other cities and can be a lesson for them.The thesis includes four parts:The 1st part illustrates the research background, objectives and significance of this thesis;inquires the relevant research achievements; introduces the research contents,methodologies,frameworks;defines the related concepts;narrates the theory of field strength of regional applied force. The 2nd part mainly covers the status quo of the administrative adjustment in certain district in Shanghai,and the practical measurements of the field strength of economic applied force in certain district in Shanghai.The 3rd part introduces the background of the urban circle in Torino, Milan, the selection of paradigms,and the enlightenments.The 4th part briefly advances the development of the application of the field strength of regional applied force,as well as the thinking of further improvement of the administrative adjustment in certain district in Shanghai.
